LexExpress to 1 year on-site Exchange Warranty Information

Lexmark offers a simple and efficient way of servicing your Inkjet, Optra E, Lexmark E210, Lexmark E322, Dot Matrix (excluding the 4227 Series), and Optra M products. LexExpress to 1 year on-site Exchange Warranty is an alternative to the traditional customer carry-in service for inkjet printers under warranty. This service covers all major and minor towns including remote country locations in Australia.

Our LexExpress to 1 year on-site Exchange Warranty staff resolve more than 40% of all printer problems over the phone, saving time and inconvenience. Should the printer require service, customers can then select the level of service that best fits their needs.


Lexmark provides three alternative levels of support:

Advanced Exchange

Under the advanced exchange option upon contacting Lexmark if we are unable to resolve the issue remotely we will provide you with an exchange printer. This exchange printer * is a permanent replacement for your printer and automatically inherits your orginal printer's remaining warranty. This option requires us to collect your credit card details and retain them until we receive the faulty unit. If the orginal printer isn't returned within 6 weeks Lexmark will invoice the you for the full retail value of the unit at time of shipping.

Delayed Exchange
Under the delayed exchange option upon contacting Lexmark if we are unable to resolve the issue remotely we will provide you with our courier details to ship your faulty printer to us. On pick-up by the courier you then need to just send us an email with the consignment note details and we will ship an exchange printer * out to you. This exchange printer is a permanent replacement for your printer and automatically inherits your orginal printer's remaining warranty. 

Repair and Return
The repair and return option is a more traditional method of service. Upon contacting Lexmark if we are unable to resolve the issue remotely we will provide you with our courier details and address for you to arrange the return of the device. On receiving your printer in to our service centre we will repair and return the unit to you.

* Please note exchange printer may be a Lexmark certified refurbished printer and we guarantee that your exchange printer will be in as good or better condition as your original printer
